The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has unveiled a groundbreaking initiative to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into its legislative process, marking a significant stride in smart governance. Announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE Cabinet has approved the establishment of the world’s first AI-powered Regulatory Intelligence Office. 

This innovative system is designed to revolutionize how laws are developed, monitored, and updated. By leveraging advanced AI technologies, the UAE aims to create a more agile and responsive legal framework that can adapt to the rapidly changing global landscape.
